Hawaii Department of Education

The HDOE is one of the largest educational systems in the United States. Comprising of over 300 facilities, 13,000 teachers, and nearly 200,000 students. The department has a significant energy demand. In an effort to better manage their energy portfolio, Mana was contracted to aggregate the energy related data across their building portfolio, including but not limited to Site load meters, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) into the Mana’s Energy Aggregator Platform.

Affordable Solar and The Public Service Company of New Mexico

Headquartered in Albuquerque, PNM Resources has approximately 2,530 megawatts of generation capacity and serves electricity to 498,000 homes and businesses in northern New Mexico and parts of West Texas. As a progressive utility company, they invested in numerous solar photovoltaic farms that are located throughout the state on their medium voltage distribution lines. Mana was contracted by PNM’s O&M company, Affordable Solar to aggregate these disparate solar farms into the Mana’s Solar Aggregator Platform .

Jones Lang LaSalle

JLL, the second largest commercial real estate company in the world, operates the prestigious 150,000 square foot mall known as the Outlets of Maui. Mana was contracted by JLL to provide energy monitoring services for the entire property including tenants, main meters, and on-site renewables. The Mana Platform enables individual tenant billing, energy efficiency, and capital cost reduction of energy investments for the entire property.

Hawaii Pacific Solar

Mana has played a critical role in helping HPS to become one of the top O&M providers in Hawaii. By consolidating all of their sites into Mana’s Solar Aggregator platform for centralized monitoring, reporting, and notifications, HPS was able to focus on maintaining sites, proactively addressing issues, and providing consistent reporting to stakeholders. Mana’s platform also provides an integrated issues ticketing system (CRM) for managing work orders and keeping the field crew on top of operations. Integrated sites include a mix of hardware such Also Energy, eGauge, SMA, Acquisuite, and include nearly 200 sites for a total of 10 MW.
